Every item passes a hands-on inspection before it ships. We check construction, stitching, labeling, box and accessories against the release specs. If something doesn't clear, it doesn't go out. On-hand pieces leave our facility in 1–2 business days; pre-orders are sourced, inspected and shipped as soon as they land.
