Shipping Policy
How and when your order gets to you.
Processing Times
On-hand items are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of your order. Pre-order items are sourced and inspected first, which typically takes 7–14 business days before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Domestic US orders typically arrive 3–6 business days after shipping. International orders typically arrive 7–18 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to appear. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
Duties & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in the checkout total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and work with you on a resolution.
