Return Window
Unworn items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank posting times vary.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your size isn't in stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn items, items missing original packaging or accessories, final-sale pieces and completed pre-orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
